What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver throughout the United Kingdom and mainland Europe. UK orders typically arrive in 1-3 working days; European deliveries take 3-7 working days depending on destination.
When will my order be dispatched?
Orders placed before 2:00pm UK time on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders after the cut-off are dispatched the next working day.
Do you offer trade or bulk discounts?
Yes. Volume pricing applies automatically in the basket for multipacks, and for pallet quantities you can request a custom quote by emailing info@akaalpackaging.shop.
What is the difference between single-wall and double-wall boxes?
Single-wall board suits lighter goods up to around 10-15 kg. Double-wall boxes have two flutes for extra stacking strength and are recommended above 15 kg or for fragile, high-value items.
Which tape should I use for heavy boxes?
Use our Heavy-Duty Reinforced Tape (glass-fibre reinforced) for boxes above 15 kg, or Brown Paper Packing Tape for a fully recyclable, tamper-evident seal.
Can I get a custom box size printed with my logo?
Custom sizes and printed boxes are available on pallet quantities. Email your artwork and dimensions to info@akaalpackaging.shop for a quote.
What is your returns policy?
Unopened, unused items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery — see our Terms of Service for the full policy. Faulty or damaged goods are always replaced or refunded in full.
Are your packaging materials recyclable?
Our cardboard boxes, kraft paper tape, kraft wrapping paper and paper labels are fully recyclable. Bubble wrap and stretch film can be recycled at carrier-bag collection points.
