1. About These Terms

These terms govern purchases made through this website, operated by AKAAL Transport Ltd (Companies House No. 08250704), registered in England & Wales. By placing an order you agree to these terms.

2. Orders and Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. An order is accepted once we send a dispatch confirmation email. We reserve the right to decline orders where items are out of stock or a pricing error is evident.

3. Payment

Payment is taken at checkout by card, PayPal or Stripe. Trade accounts may be arranged for approved business customers.

4. Delivery

We deliver to the United Kingdom and mainland Europe. Orders placed before 2:00pm UK time on working days are dispatched the same day. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Returns and Cancellations

Consumers may cancel within 14 days of receiving goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Return unopened items in resalable condition for a full refund; return postage is payable by the customer unless goods are faulty. Faulty or damaged goods will be replaced or refunded in full, including return postage.

6. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order.
